Conscious Seeking

As humans we’re always seeking something or the other.We all seek for different things, at distinctive stages of life. But one common aspect that we all seek is “HAPPINESS” and “PEACE”. No matter what we aspire to do in life,end goal is to achieve happiness for yourself and your loved ones.
For example a person is working very hard to achieve success but actually from that success what he is trying to seek or derive is happiness, a person retiring with basic wealth at 40 years of age because that will gives him happiness n peace,a person enjoys partying every night, another prefers sitting at home n enjoy a cup of coffee by himself coz that’s giving him sense of happiness 😊

What if we seek to become “A BETTER VERSION OF OUR OWNSELF” giving a fantastic feeling of happiness, accomplishment and peace within. Not to show to any one in world but doing it for yourself. After a lot of contemplations, I have come to this conclusion that in every area of life if we aspire to become better day by day, all other things shall follow.
What is most important is that we need to set achieveable goals for self. As we achieve these small little goals set by self, will in return help us achieve sense of happinessas well as accomplishment. By even setting or contemplating your goals you might just come across your life purpose.As my yoga teacher says stretch your limit each time !!

If we do not aspire to do so,the outcome is not very likeable….anger,depression, sadness, grief, intoxicating self with substances,all will find different ways to fill that void!

Many a times I have seen people getting angry or upset easily or for petty reasons or no reasons at all, real cause is that he is angry with his ownself. Not because someone has done something wrong to him.
In gujarati we have a saying which goes”Dukhe che pet ane kute che maathu”which means pain is in the stomach and you are hammering your head!

So all we need to do is go out there and find ways that can make us a better version of our ownself…..We all know deep within where will we find happiness and peace. Just follow that path. May be it will be tough in beginning, may be you will be alone on that path for sometime, there may be self doubts in the journey and temptness to go back, I urge to not change the path. Will find happiness and peace at the end.

Reading inspiring books,seeking spiritual guidance outside and more importantly within, following a hobby which due to circumstances we could not persue at one time, giving priority or being close to near n dear ones can really be very helpful.

From my experience planning and FOLLOWING a soulful routine helps the best. For example….waking up early to get that me time,chanting mantras,any religious practice that brings peace within,meditating,writing a gratitude journal, exercising, planning your day and many other things that removes conflict within you and brings peace.

The day I wake up late due to whatever reasons I do not feel centered at all,energies are down n frustrated because I don’t get my morning boost!!

For me waking up as early as I can and paint has been a priority since a very long time now,which grounds me,brings peace and happiness within me.

So I would urge each one of you out there to have a single minded goal which is BECOMING BETTER VERSION OF YOUR OWNSELF. Find your own happiness and peace 🙏
